Privacy

Short version: we don’t track you. We only use what you type to give you a quote or answer your call.

This website

mctowoc.com does not use cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and it is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles the traffic and sees the technical details any host sees, such as your IP address.

The instant quote chat

If you use the quote chat, what you type (for example a pickup and drop-off address) is sent to our server to work out a price. To do that we use outside services: Google Maps to look up addresses and driving distance, and an AI language model to read your message and write the reply. Please don’t put anything private in the chat, such as card numbers or passwords. We use your IP address only to limit how fast one person can send messages, which protects the chat from abuse. A quote from the chat is provisional until we confirm it on a call.

Calls, email, and Yelp

If you call (855) TOW-BIKE, email [email protected], or message us on Yelp or Instagram, we use the details you give us to quote and schedule your tow. We don’t sell, rent, or give your information to anyone.

That includes law firms, lead-generation companies, and advertisers, including any business that advertises on our trucks or website. Advertising never comes with access to your name, phone number, email, location, or messages.

Questions or removal

To ask what we have or to have it deleted, call (855) TOW-BIKE or email [email protected].
